Cheryll Davis has been in the hairdressing industry for 36 years and an owner/employer for 25 years. Cheryll is a highly skilled sylist and an astute manager and administrator. Cheryll is also a skilled trainer with the highest standards. She is a compassionate and consistent employer and the cuts@once brand is well served by this package of attributes all of which translate into high levels of competency and exemplary customert service.
Robin and Cheryll together have developed cuts@once as a unique brand in the industry over the past 14 years. Robin has been in the industry both as a men's stylist and business developer since 2001. While still involved in the business, hours on the floor have reduced as separate educational responsibilities take up more time during each week.
Robyn Charlett, Senior Manager, has been with cuts@once 2003 and a stylist since 1999. Robyn's professional skill and her knowledge of the cuts@once way ensures every customer will experience exceptional customer service and the team is secure under her guidance. Robyn is a person of integrity and her loyalty is pure gold to this company. She is a friend!
Amogan has been with cuts@once since 2007. The first two years Amogan was a salon assistant after which she completed our cutting course before beginning her apprenticeship. On November 3 2013 Amogan passed her finals to become a fully qualified senior stylist. Amogan is now in training as a salon manager. She is highly skilled, professional and provides excellent and thorough customer service. We are privileged to have her in our team.
Britany is professional to the core and has adapted completely to the cuts@once culture. She has been with us 2013. She works hard and is an important member of our skilled senior stylist team. Her energy is highly valued and we are glad she is sharing it with us and our customers.
We are delighted to have Erin on our team. She comes to us with many years experience in the industry and has immediately contributed to the professionalism of our whole team. After completing our 12 week intensive cutting course Hayley has been serving on the floor competently as a stylist since 2013. Her progress has been exceptional and we value her in our professional team . Having passed her finals in 2016 Hayley is now a senior stylist
cuts@once is pleased to welcome Jess back after a some years away including a time to run her own business. Jess is a part time stylist for us. She is familiar with our systems and culture and has fitted right back in bringing even more experience to our already highly experienced team.
Rebecca (Becks to her friends) started with us as a salon assistant and proved herself to be wonderful at the work and in the team. Becks the intensive 12 weeks cutting course in 2012 and will complete her qualification in 2015. She is popular with her clients and the team; she demonstrates skill and professionalism in her work.
We are delighted to have Natasha in our team of professionals. Natasha is fast approaching her National Qualification. She is in the process of gaining final training and experience and is a welcome addition to our customer service team.
Danielle has been with us in the salon assistant role since 2013 and we appreciate her energy and reliability. She works extremely well in our team and is efficient and warm and so very supportive.
Kaylah has joined us as a salon assistant and is our Saturday support. Saturday is a demanding day and she has grown into the position well supporting our styling staff with efficiency and a smile. The role is so important to the smooth running of the salon and we are grateful for the way Kaylah greets the customers, supports the staff and keeps the salon operating smoothly.
Our Administrator is as vital in the structure of the Salon as any of our staff, even if not seen by the customer. Nancy has been with us since 2013 and we value her highly. Nancy's administration and, sometimes, in-salon assistance are highly appreciated. We are delighted to have Nancy filling this integral role within our team.
