Cheryll Davis has been in the hairdressing industry since 1978 and has been an owner/employer since 1993. With husband Robin the cuts@once brand was established in 2004. Cheryll is a highly skilled sylist and an astute manager and administrator and partners with Robyn Charlett in the day to day running of the business. She is a compassionate and consistent employer and trainer and the cuts@once brand is well served by her creating high levels of competency and exemplary customer service.

Robyn Charlett, now a business partner, has been with cuts@once continuously since 2003 and a stylist since 1999. Robyn's professional skill and her knowledge of the cuts@once way ensures every customer will experience exceptional customer service and the team is secure under her guidance.

Robin has been in the industry both as a men's stylist and business developer since 2001. While still involved in the business, hours on the floor have reduced as separate educational responsibilities take up more time during each week.

We are delighted to have Sharon Stockdale on our team. Sharon has a wealth of hairdressing and business experience and we are fortunate indeed she has joined us in a full time capacity. Our customers will be well-served by her professional and competent attitude and skill.

cuts@once is pleased to welcome Liza to our team. Liza has been in the industry for many years and has managed an Auckland outlet for a major hairdressing franchise before moving to Nelson and joining us. We are delighted she has. She has brought experience, skill and exceptional customer service as well. She has added significantly to an already top team.

We are delighted to have Natasha in our team of professionals. Natasha is a fully qualified senior stylist whose experience and is valued and appreciated in our  customer service team.

Renee is a fully qualified senior stylist who is a very bright and gregarious person bringing excellent developing skills and exceptional customer care and attention. We are delighted and privileged to have Renee with us since 2018.

Shade Busch started with cuts@once in 2019 and is such a welcome addition to this exceptional team. She works and serves at senior stylist level already. She has has a bright future in this industry and we are glad she has chosen cuts@once to express her skills.

Brianna joined this team in 2019 as a salon assistant and has now moved into a full apprenticeship position. Brianna has completed two years of initial hairdressing training   at NMIT and is ready for the next professional step. She is a fast learner and highly competent and keen to grow. We look forward to her further development as a part of the stylist' team.

Ruth started with us late in 2017 as a welcome addition to our casual staff numbers. Ruth works mostly on Sundays and for limited hours but she has fitted right in and we are glad she has. Our customers will be pleased with her service, her skill and her friendly manner

Biddy has returned to us on a casual basis and we are so glad to see her. She has significant experience in the industry in management and business ownership. Biddy is professional and skilled and we are delighted she is with us

Our Administrator is as vital in the structure of the Salon as any of our staff, even if not seen by the customer. Nancy has been with us since 2013 and we value her highly. Nancy's administration and, sometimes, in-salon assistance are highly appreciated. We are delighted to have Nancy filling this integral role within our team.

Holly joined cuts@once in 2019 and has swiftly developed into a valued and competent member of the team. Salon assistants are essential to our customer service standards in support of both stylists and customers and Holly has stepped into, and overcome, the initial challenges well. We value her and her role within the total team environment.

Brittney joined cuts@once in 2019 as the most recent member of the salon assistant's team and has quickly made an impact in the efficiency of this important position. She is a quick learner and her inclusion has given strength to the Salon assistant's role in supporting stylists and customer service. We are delighted to have her with us.
