cuts@once is a dynamic growing idea based on solid hairdressing and business experience.

cuts@once recognises that people are caught in an increasing pace of living. Getting a hair service shouldn't be a hassle. Now it isn't. People have no time to wait for an appointment. With cuts@once nobody has to!

cuts@once aims to be better for customers, who will feel welcome and enjoyed, and ensures customers will have their expectations fulfilled. Enjoy your service in the company of happy staff enjoying their workmates and clients; children being cared for sensitively and patiently when the idea of a haircut is a bit daunting; cuts@once is a salon where hundreds of people every week spend time in close proximity with staff, and is designed to be a place of safety and kindness.

Customers, regardless of age, gender, or abilities, will never suffer discrimination. Staff will not join in a customer's gossiping. Religion or ethnicity are of no importance. Customers can freely relax in silence, unburden a frustration, talk about the weather, or whatever pleases them. Lots of little extras that say, "Welcome to our place. Great to have you here".

cuts@once strives to make whatever improvements are necessary for the team so they enjoy coming to work each morning, look forward to another day with great people to work with, and enjoy the systems that are established to make work easier. Each is appreciated for their own unique abilities and personalities, and know they are all an integral part of who and what cuts@once is all about; a place where they can be comfortable enough to raise issues, a place to grow and develop professionally and personally within a safe environment, being given the opportunity to grow to any level, whether improving hourly rates and commission each week, to owning their own cuts@once and having their own happy staff and customers.

Suppliers to cuts@once whether cleaners, supply companies, service providers, or bankers, will receive respect,  prompt bill payments, honesty, and a friendly chat.
